How covid-19 affects your payroll delivery

A message to our clients regarding operations at EPayroll Resource Group, LLC:

As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19, we have made the decision to close our office to the public until we can re-open safely for our team and clients.  Our team has the ability to work remotely, and some of our team will remain in the office for the time being.  As you know, this is a rapidly evolving situation, and things are changing quickly, so we may be completely remote at some point.  You will continue to receive the same excellent service you expect from us, we will just be serving you in a different manner. Rest assured – we are continuing to work diligently on your behalf.  Our office being closed to the public mainly affects the delivery of your payroll.

If you currently pick-up checks and/or reports from our office, please contact us ASAP to make other arrangements

Available delivery options include:

  • Enrolling all employees in direct deposit

  • Delivery by USPS (standard postage rates may apply)

  • Delivery by UPS (applicable fees will apply)

  • Delivery by courier (fees range from $6.00-$12.00 depending on business location)

If you are currently setup to receive your reports and check stubs virtually, USPS, UPS, or by courier, there will be no disruption in delivery.  Please contact one of our team members to discuss options.
